Slab Glass/Dalles de Verre

           Glass that is poured 1" thick, cut with a tile saw, and or cut and

                    shaped with hammer & anvil.  The shaped pieces are  held

                    together with epoxy.

This 15 ft.tall cross with an 8ft. arm span                 
is free hanging in the Chollas View Methodist 
Church San Diego, Calif.   The entire cross 
is surrounded by a1"x1" structural aluminum casing 
with an interior bolting system within the epoxy
tying in all together.    It is        hung by 4 
750# eye bolts that are also a part of

the bolt  system
